At Ginify you blend your own customised gin — but we don't stop there. Book an event and the room is yours for the time you book it: we will work around your hours, and transform the space to what you need.

HOW IT WORKS
Before the day.

Plan it with us
Give us as much notice as you can, so everything can be arranged in good time. We would also love to meet you here first, one on one, so you can see the space for yourself.

Food and drink
We are a tasting room, so there is no kitchen. You are welcome to arrange food yourself, or prepared food is catered by Upside Down Eatery, and we provide menus and pricing. We can supply wine, beer and soft drinks alongside the gin.

The room, and who dresses it
Seats around 14 at bench tables. We can supply the tables, chairs and umbrellas; décor and setup are yours. We will transform the room to what you need, to the best of our ability.

When we can open for you
For an event we will work around what you need, including outside normal trading hours. We are normally open Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, and Saturday, 9am to 3pm.

Someone running your evening from behind the counter. Included at no charge during trading hours.

Applies only when food comes through Upside Down Eatery. Falls away if you are providing eats.

Gin and drinks
A tasting is R80 a head for two pours, a bottle of your own blend is ZAR 495.00 and a Signature bottle is ZAR 420.00. All gin is available as per the website.
We can supply wine, beer and soft drinks alongside the gin. Anything we do not stock is at our discretion, and corkage may apply. Catering is priced per person from the Upside Down Eatery menu and settled alongside your deposit.

SECURING YOUR DATE
A 50% deposit secures it, due no later than one week before.
THE BALANCE
Due on the day, before the event begins. Extras settled at the end.
CATERING
Paid in full with the deposit, one week before the event.
IF YOU CANCEL
The deposit is non-refundable after the due date, though the date can be moved by agreement.
