Executive lunches, conferences and functions for 30 to 130 guests. We host the meal upstairs at Die Kweekhuis, a short walk across InsideOut from our tasting room, and pour a gin blended for you at the table. Add a conference room if the day opens with presentations.

Choose your gin
Visit the Ginify tasting room beforehand, as our guests, and choose the blends for the day.

The meal
Breakfast, lunch or dinner from the Die Kweekhuis set menus, served from a platter table in a private area upstairs. The menu comes with your quotation.

A tasting at the table
Our mixologist pours your gin at the table and explains how it was created, with scent strips for each botanical.

A bottle to take home
Each guest can leave with a 200 ml bottle of your gin, labelled with your logo.
OPTIONAL
Add a conference room.
For a day that includes presentations: a private room at InsideOut Theatre to suit your group, from a conference room to the theatre itself. Set up, hold your session, and then everyone walks across to Die Kweekhuis for the meal.

Gin tasting
Two pours of your gin. Mixers come from Die Kweekhuis and are settled with the bill.

Bespoke gift gin
A 200 ml bottle of your gin, labelled with your logo.
04PER EVENT
Mixologist coordinator
Runs the day with you, away from the tasting room. R1 250 more outside Tue – Sat, 9am – 4pm (3pm Sat).
Rooms are quoted to suit your group: the conference room, for up to 100, is R1 435 an hour, and an AV operator R230 an hour if you would like one. For example, lunch for 40 with the tasting and gift gins comes to R26 700, or R31 005 with a three-hour conference room.

The venues and the meal are booked in our name once payment is received.
A WEEK AHEAD
The venues need bookings a week in advance, so send us the details as early as you can.
DRINKS
Drinks for the table are ordered with your menu. Further drinks are settled with Die Kweekhuis at the end of the meal.
IF YOU CANCEL
Costs already incurred remain payable. The date can be moved by agreement, subject to both venues.
Tell us the date and the numbers, and we will take it from there.
